Mind Body and Soul Counseling

Paid search, service messaging & inquiry measurement

Understanding which advertising brings people to the practice.

I manage Google Ads for this counseling practice, aligning keywords, ad copy, locations, and landing-page messaging with the services people are seeking. The ongoing work includes search-term reviews, exclusions, ad revisions, and evaluating spend and reported conversions.

I also compare actual form inquiries with Google Ads and GA4 reporting, investigating discrepancies before drawing conclusions about performance. Recent work includes testing Instagram lead-generation advertising.

The focus is on relevant inquiries and a clearer basis for marketing decisions, with attention to what the practice is actually receiving.

Website development, local search & seasonal content

Helping guests move from planning a visit to considering a stay.

For my vacation-rental business, I build and maintain the website and develop local and seasonal guides around the questions visitors ask. The work includes search content, FAQs, structured data, navigation, and mobile layouts.

I connect those guides with accommodation details, booking links, and email-signup paths, and use Search Console to understand how people are finding the site.

Want your business to show up in AI answers?

When someone uses AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini to research a service, you want your business to be part of the answer. I help make your website easier to discover and understand, with useful information about your services, expertise, and the people you serve.

AEO: Answer Engine Optimization
Making your content useful for direct answers to the questions potential customers ask.
GEO: Generative Engine Optimization
Working to improve how your business and content are represented or referenced in AI-generated answers.

What that means for your website

These overlap with SEO, the work that helps people find you through search engines. I review your service pages, answer the questions customers actually ask, and address content and technical gaps that could make your site harder to find or understand.

I also review sample AI answers and available search, referral, and inquiry data to guide the next round of work.

AI answers vary, and inclusion cannot be guaranteed. The aim is better visibility and a clear path from discovery to an inquiry.

About Frank

I stay close
to the work.

My communications career began in 2007, and my digital marketing work began in 2010. I’ve managed brands, served as a Marketing Director, worked with agencies, and coordinated partnerships and product launches.

I like getting into the details: what an offer actually means, whether a page answers the right questions, and whether the numbers match what the business is seeing. I’ll explain what I recommend and why, then work with your team to put it into practice.

Working together

Start with what
needs attention.

We begin with a conversation about your business, your current marketing, and where you need help. If there’s a fit, I’ll propose the priorities, scope, and fee before we start.

You work directly with me. The scope reflects what your business needs and what your team already handles.

Let’s talk

What would you like
your marketing
to do better?

Send me your website and a few lines about what needs attention. We can talk through your priorities and whether a project or ongoing support would make sense.

You don’t need a finished brief to get in touch.
